Man of Indian origin kills 3 in an accident!

A horrifying accident caused by the 22 year old Bhavuk Uppal of Indian origin has reportedly killed three people which include a pregnant lady, her husband, and their infant child. The man, who was in an inebriated state during the incident, was driving a Cadillac Escalade on the I-80 highway in a construction zone in the middle of the night and ran into a Kia which then collided with an SUV while bursting into flames killing its three inhabitants.

He has been arrested and faces 50 years prison time once convicted, charges being, “speeding, unsafe driving, driving without a license, fictitious plates, reckless driving, driving while suspended, and [he has been] involved in multiple crashes” as stated by Prosecutor Matthew Brown.

Aside from these, Uppal has been arrested six times in the past six years for charges ranging from petty thievery to failure in turning over a controlled dangerous substance to the Police.
