Man stabs ex-girlfriend 19 times!

A few days back, a 19-year-old girl, named Fathima Roshana Ismi, was killed by her lover in a mall in Sri Lanka. Reports suggest that the alleged couple was supposed to get married but couldn’t because of religion barriers.

The shocking thing about this murder was that the man stabbed her thirteen times after which she died. The more shocking and disgusting detail about it is that a video recording of the incident was being circulated on social networking sites and instant messaging applications as an incident that occurred in the Mumbai.

The homicide’s actual place of occurrence was Wattala, Sri Lanka though it was rumoured to be in Andheri mall, Mumbai. Dhananjay Kulkarni, DCP of Mumbai Police, cleared the air by giving out an official notice stating that no such incident has occurred in Mumbai and asked to not believe any such rumours.
