After this gesture from Manoj, one Pawan Kumar pleaded Manchu Manoj to help him for the treatment of his father who is undergoing treatment for colonic perforation and that costs him Rs 5 lakhs. Manchu Manoj responded immediately asking him to send the details of the hospital and the doctor treating them.
