MCA Is A Hit

No, MCA (Middle Class Abbayi) is not a hit commercially, there is still a long way to go. But where it has hit it out of the park is the response to the teaser. It is a viral hit.

The teaser of MCA came out a few days ago. While everyone agrees that it is the same routine stuff, the response to it has been fabulous. Within a short time, the teaser has passed 5 Million views online. It is huge for a medium budget film.

The fresh pairing of Nani with Sai Pallavi and also, the banner value of Dil Raju are seen as the reason for the response. The former, the combination of Nani and Sai Pallavi is, of course, the biggest draw. For a change, many feel that they have two “performers” perform and it is always a positive sign. There is the usual “acting” battle going on between the fans of individual performers on who is the one dominating.

All in all, the buzz is quite high for MCA. If it gets positive talk, it is sure to add more star appeal to both Nani and Sai Pallavi. Venu Sriram directs MCA, and it’s going to hit cinemas on December 22nd. An official release date needs to be reaffirmed again, though.
