Mahesh & Vijay Betray: Hopes On Dulquer, Vishwak

Some actors generate a lot of buzz before their film releases, but their roles often turn out to be utter disappointments. Meenakshi Chaudhary is a prime example.

Meenakshi is tall and beautiful with a voluptuous figure with a good fan following among youth but still success is eluding her.

Currently one of the busiest actresses in Telugu cinema with several projects, Meenakshi’s recent releases have been disappointing.

Her role in the much-anticipated Mahesh Babu’s Guntur Kaaram turned out to be an embarrassment, offering minimal screen time and scope. Meenakshi’s character was relegated to minor tasks, such as serving drinks and omelets to Mahesh.

Hopes were high that Thalapathy Vijay’s GOAT would offer Meenakshi the big break she needed. But the film has been another letdown. She is paired with the younger version of Vijay and her role leaves no impact.

After seeing her role in GOAT many feel she had a better part in Guntur Kaaram, which speaks of how badly her role has been etched in GOAT.

Mahesh’s Guntur Kaaram disappointed her and now Vijay’s film GOAT also turned out to be a dud for her in terms of role and performance.

Meenakshi’s career now hinges on her upcoming projects where she is paired opposite relatively smaller heroes..

Films opposite Dulquer Salmaan, Vishwak Sen, and Varun Tej—Lucky Baskhar, Mechanic Rocky, and Matka—are critical for her career’s revival. If these projects don’t succeed, it could be curtains for Meenakshi in the industry.
