Megastar, unofficial spokesperson for Telugu Films

Bollywood megastar Amitabh Bachan’s seems to have developed a penchant for South films. Time and again we find him praising the South films and stars. Recently he shot for a commercial advertisement where he had to sport South Style Lungi alongside Nagarjuna, Shiva Rajkumar, Prabhu and Vikram Prabhu.

All the above said stars who featured alongside Amitabh Bachan happen to be the sons of star heroes who had been Amitabh’s contemporaries when he was the number one in Bollywood; Nagarjuna s/o Telugu legend ANR, Prabhu and Vikram Prabhu sons of Tamil legendary actor Shivaji and Shiva Rajkumar s/o Kannada superstar Rajkumar.

Amitabh posted the picture on twitter and even mentioned that it is not Bollywood but Telugu Cinema which produces the highest number of films in India. This is not the first time Amitabh Bachan behaved like an unofficial spokesperson for Telugu Cinema.

When he came to Hyderabad recently to receive ANR Award, there too Amitabh told to CM KCR the same that Telugu Cinema produces the highest number of films in India. Amitabh never forgets to give credits to the deserving indeed!
