Trailer Talk: A Thriller With Kids For Adults

The trailer of Mishan Impossible, the new film of director Swaroop RSJ of Agent Sai Srinivas Athreya fame is out. It is another movie on the same mystery-thriller lines but features kids in prominent protagonist roles. Superstar Mahesh Babu unveiled the trailer of the thriller which promises to be the ‘biggest’ small movie of the year.

The opening of the trailer immediately takes us to the universe of Agent Sai Srinivas Athreya. The setting and mood all look the same. Only here it’s a female taking on the place of the hero. However, the whole thing changes to kids within no time.

The kids’ sequence seems to be the crux of Mishan Impossible. The whole Dawood Ibrahim angle also seems to be neatly integrated to generate both fun and drama. The various dialogues invoking movie references are good.

The ending portion sees a mix of both the kid and adults’ worlds. Mishan Impossible’s success or failure would lie in how well the director has managed to blend both the worlds and give a cohesive engaging narrative, for sure. The trailer gives a mixed vibe in that aspect as one can feel it’s disjointed.

Check out the trailer below. Tapsee Pannu marks her entry into Telugu after a gap with Mishan Impossible. The kids and the rest of the cast look good. The Matinee Entertainment production will hit the big screens all over on April 1st.
