Mohan Babu’s Heroine ‘Proclaimed Offender’ in Drugs Case

The glamourous heroine whom yesteryear audiences had watched romancing Mohan Babu in the 1992 cop drama ‘Donga Police’ is literally playing the game ‘Donga Police’ seriously. Mamta Kulkarni is now a proclaimed offender as declared by the NDPS court, a special court for the offences of drugs and narcotics.

She is said to be the wife of the drug lord Vicky Goswami and the duo is involved in a drug racket where their Avon Lifesciences was seized manufacturing 18.5 tonnes of ephedrine, which is worth Rs. 2000 crores. While Vicky Goswami was taken into custody by the US law enforcement agencies a few months ago, Mamta Kulkarni is still missing.

Hence, the Mumbai cops posted notices on the houses of Mamta and Vicky Goswami residences in Maharashtra and Ahmedabad respectively and post the notice period, the properties of the duo will be seized by the police according to the further proceedings of the law.
