Mohanlal has been in one hell of a good phase now. Whatever he touches is becoming gold. After the success of his last two Telugu films his latest Malayalam release Pulimurugan is creating ripples at the Kerala market.

The action adventure is all set to become the first film in the history of Kerala films to touch the 100 crore mark. The film is still running to packed houses in over 200 screens of Kerala even after two weeks of release.

Pulimurugan is directed by Vyshakh, who is known to make blockbusters and he is being praised to no limits with his subject and direction.Even trade pundits are very surprised to see the Kerala market expand so much in the recent years.

Previously it was Premam who broke many records and now it is the turn of Mohanlal’s Pulimurugan to break all record left and right. Pulimurugan is set to be dubbed in Telugu as Manyam Puli to cash in on Jagantha Garage’s success.
