Molestation Case Reverts Against the Actress?

Arjun Sarja faced quite bad time in the molestation case filed by the actress Sruthi Hariharan. Now the case only got another FIR on to the actress from the Cyber Police under a couple of sections from IPC and Information Technology Act.

Owing to a complaint filed by the manager of Arjun Sarja, cyber crime police registered FIR against Sruthi Hariharan. The complaint alleged that the actress and her aids hacked Arjun’s social media accounts and misused his data to defame him. Sruthi, however, moved the court asking to dismiss the FIR filed against her alleging that there is no proper Prima facie to prove their allegations.

This has become common now with people filing cases on celebs on the sexual harassment and they, in turn, filing defamation charges against the former. These won’t come to an end now.
