But, before that, the previous two years Vijay always had multiple releases and that did the needful for his stardom and that’s still helping him though 2020 wasn’t a great year with an utter flop to his credit. Good thing is, Puri Jagannadh came for his rescue and the combination itself is going to be a killer combo that will generate huge buzz.

In addition to the combo craze, also Puri Jagannadh walked into Vijay’s film after a commercial blockbuster like ‘iSmart Shankar’ and this has the capacity to double the buzz on ‘Fighter’. After a disappointing year, Vijay’s next will be very crucial and having a director like Puri is a big benefit for him.
