MoviePass Gives a Sudden Blow!

We have recently reported (Read Here) how the MoviePass is rocking in the US to bring crowds to the theaters like how Netflix did for DVDs with online streaming and let you watch as many films as you like. When we all believed that it is changing the Tollywood trade in the US, here comes a sudden blow from the MoviePass.

Several MoviePass customers have started getting emails notifying them about the cancellation of the service. The list just does not include Telugu folks who subscribed to the service, several American folks too getting these cancellation emails. The primary reason for cancellation that’s being reported is below.

It looks like most people who have got the cancellation emails have gone in groups and did split tender transactions instead of individual transactions. This is a violation as indicated by MoviePass in their terms. Right now the buzz is that if you did the split tender transaction, they aren’t going to reinstate your card.
