Mr Majnu Treading The Hello’s Path

The third outing of Akkineni Akhil has opened to decent numbers on the first day. They are considered so, given the release the movie has got.

The first day collections in the Telugu states are just a little above 3Cr which is fine. The worldwide number is around a little above 4 Cr. Apart from the release factor mentioned above, there is the talk factor which is showing its impact. Looking at the aspects, Mr Majnu is travelling on the same path as Hello for the weekend.

The difference here with Mr Majnu could be the performance in the Telugu states. It has to be higher than Hello. Only then will the Venky Atluri directorial be able to catch up on the lost revenue from the US which was a big plus for Hello. For now, the weekend numbers would be alright looking at the second-day performance all over.
