My Role in Sequel Is Unlike Feminine Avantika – Tamanna

Tamannah’s role as a warrior, Avantika in ‘Baahubali, The Beginning’ gave her huge boost up when she was in a low phase of her career. Though she was a warrior in the film, her feminine side was more captured in the songs ‘Dheevara’ and ‘Pacha Bottesina’.

Tamannah reveals that her role isn’t going to be the same any more in the sequel. She will be doing a lot of action using horse riding and action sequences using a sword. So, we are going to see more of warrior Avantika, rather than the sensuous Avantika whom we admired in ‘Pacha Bottesina’.

Now, that the entire country is waiting for the release of the second instalment of ‘Baahubali’, she assures that the climax is going to be bigger and grander than the prequel. She is happy that all the women in ‘Baahubali’ are portrayed as strong women, not mere decorative pieces.
