Mythri’s Wise Game This Sankranthi

Mythri Movie Makers had a big start to 2023 as they had two top-tier releases this Sankranthi season and they are Balakrishna’s Veera Simha Reddy and Chiranjeevi’s Waltair Veerayya.

Usually, when top production houses release big ticket films, fans expect them to report the total gross collections of these films through official posters. Mythri have avoided it in the case of Waltair Veerayya and Veera Simha Reddy, and they have played it wisely. They’ve announced that both films are Rs 100 Cr+ grossers.

Mythri have reported the box office gross numbers of Waltair Veerayya and Veera Simha Reddy. And these numbers are in tune with the numbers that are floated by both sets of fans. This way, Mythri have validated the numbers that are being claimed by Mega and Nandamuri fans for Veerayya and Veera Simha Reddy respectively.

There’s already a huge fan war pertaining to Waltair Veerayya and Veera Simha Reddy with both batches quarrelling about the collections. In this context, Mythri releasing the numbers that are in the vicinity of the ones propagated by fans is a wise move. This will mean that the production house doesn’t face the wrath of fans, which is indeed good for their future.
