Nag battles Nani for Christmas glory

No, Nagarjuna and Nani are not going to clash at the box office with their films but the clash will happen with them presenting films. Nagarjuna and Nani are backing the films Uyyala Jampala and D For Dopidi respectively which even if not planned this way, are going to clash at the box office tomorrow, for Christmas. Both the films are directed by debutants but among the two its Uyyala Jampala that stars even newcomers too.

What is interesting here among the two films is that they both are also coming after lots of pre release screenings. D For Dopidi has been ahead on this count as the makers have already conducted preview shows across two main areas and are hoping that the word of mouth does the trick for them. It is the same with Uyyala Jampala team as well as they too have conduction lots of pre release screening to the industry people and have got favorable response from them.

The team which has taken bigger risk is getting a bit of mixed reaction but all that doesn’t matter now as both the film hits screen in a matter of a day. One has to wait and see who among the two debutant directors gets the mandate of public and who among Nani and Nagarjuna have backed the right project. A very exciting day is ahead for sure.
