Now, Chaitanya is set to turn antagonist for his maiden web series, which will be helmed by Vikram K Kumar.
Chaitanya himself confirmed that he will be playing villain in the Vikram Kumar directorial. “I was thoroughly thrilled after listening to Vikram’s script. I felt a story like this doesn’t cater to theatrical audience. I play the antagonist in the series,” he said.
Chaitanya has also vowed to take up more OTT assignments henceforth. “I will use OTT to play roles I can’t necessarily play in theatrical films.”
It appears to be that Chaitanya has decided to challenge himself as an actor. A wise decision indeed, given the fact that he’s been around for a long time now and the onus is on him to deliver something new to the audiences.
Chaitanya’s immediate next theatrical outing Love Story is set to hit the big screens on the 24th of this month.
