Nagarjuna’s Tribute To ANR With Bangarraju

Today happens to be a special day for Nagarjuna as the late actor celebrates thespian Akkineni Nageswara Rao’s birth anniversary (September 20). Making the moment special for himself and all the Akkineni fans, Nagarjuna dedicated a special video to his late father.

A 50-second video was released on social media with the caption #ANRLives On. Nagarjuna clad in traditional Panchakattu, the favourite attire of ANR, shared some interesting nitty-gritty details about his father. From speaking about ANR’s love for Pondhuru Khaddar to Navratnalu chain and ring and the watch, Nagarjuna carried his father’s look in elegance. In fact, the watch he put on aged more than Nagarjuna makes it endearing.

The video is a perfect tribute to ANR where Nagarjuna at the end concludes that in the film Bangarraju we are going to see the actor in the same panchakattu style.

Directed by Kalyan Krishna Kurasala, the film is the sequel to popular Soggade Chinni Nayana. The latest additions to the sequel are Naga Chaitanya and Krithi Shetty. The film carries a huge buzz as the first part was a huge commercial success. And now the team coming up with a tribute to ANR, the buzz would intensify further.
