Nagarjuna Banks On Shiva Sentiment

Nagarjuna is badly in need of commercial success. He is pinning high hopes on his forthcoming outing, The Ghost.

The makers of Ghost have now announced that the film will be released in theaters on the 5th of October this year.

Incidentally, Nag’s iconic blockbuster Shiva was also released on the same day back in 1989. As it appears, Nag is banking on Shiva sentiment for The Ghost. Whether or not it will pay off for the veteran actor will be decided only after the film hits the marquee.

The makers also dropped a mini teaser of sorts that publicizes the film’s release date. Nag is seen rocking the swords in this video as he takes on a gang of goons. It implies that Ghost is a sleek actioner.

The Ghost is directed by Praveen Sattaru and it is produced by Suniel Narang, Puskur Ram Mohan Rao, and Sharrath Marar.
