Nag Made RGV Edit Script Before Agreeing to Work!

Akkikeni Nagarjuna who blissfully stated that daughter-in-law Samantha was family even before her marriage to son Naga Chaitanya, will soon be working on a film with the controversial director Ram Gopal Varma.

Nag, who has been in the film industry for over 30 years, recalled his past team up with RGV. Their movie Shiva became a huge blockbuster success, however, RGV has not had any success of late and Nagarjuna accepted this. He revealed that when the director came up to him with the script of a new movie, Nagarjuna “clearly and explicitly told him to go back and work on the script”.

He had other conditions too. Nagarjuna asked Ram Gopal Varma to put all focus into this script and “put all his other projects and ideas and away”. He admitted that he was moved by the final script and thinks this film will “bring Ramu back to form”. The duo will start work on the reviewed script in about two weeks.
