Nagarjuna, who carved a niche for nurturing new talent with his films, is gearing up to work with yet another debutant director for a new movie. Kalyan, a protege of Teja, is making his debut as the director with this film tentatively titled Soggade Chinni Nayana.
The film will see the 55-year old actor in dual roles. Set in the backdrop of a village, it is learnt from our trusted sources that Nag is all set to essay the roles of grandfather and grandson.
One of the roles is a Casanova while the other one hates women, confides a source. That’s not all, Nag will also be seen sporting a traditional ‘panche kattu’ in this film and he is very excited about it. The regular shooting of the film will commence from November and the film will hit the screens in summer, 2015.
Ramya Krishna, who earlier worked with Nagarjuna in super hits such as Sankeerthana, Iddaru Iddare, Criminal, Gharana Bullodu, Hello Brother and Annamayya, has been roped in as one of the leading ladies in this rom-com. However, another leading lady is yet to be finalized. More details are awaited.
