Naidu hints at political foul play in Kapu agitation!

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu convened an emergency meeting on the Kapu agitation surged in Tuni and later addressed media on the issue. Naidu said that he is totally shocked by the happenings in Tuni and could not imagine such incident happening in a peaceful place like East Godavari.

He categorically said this is the work of some politically bankrupt parties who provoked people by giving false information and government has clear information regarding this. Naidu also read out and explained the legal complications in constitution that may arise if Kapu reservations are giving with out following due process.

He asked Kapu community to exercise restraint in this hour or else the issue will become more complicated. He reiterated that TDP government is committed to give reservations for the community with out hurting the benefits of BCs. He clearly said that law and order will deal with the issue when the state image is at stake.
