Naidu to find a new name for Vizag!

With the on set of one of most destructive Cylone in the recent years, the IT industry in Vishakapatnam is severely battered and is currently on a ventilator. The IT companies currently housed there are running hither to tither for temporary office spaces to make sure their operations are not disrupted. While every one have started writing of Vishakapatnam’s IT future, Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu has clarified that he is committed to make Vishakapatnam the IT capital of Andhra Pradesh. Not only that, he said that he is seeing an opportunity in crisis and he is looking for a new name for Vizag to start the new beginning to create brand Vizag. He mentioned that he has few in list like ‘Proud Vizag’ and requested public to suggest their own if they have a better one.

Mr.Naidu has cleared that government is in no plans to shift the proposed signature IT tower from Vishakapatnam. Naidu has stated that he will do the ground breaking ceremony for the signature IT Tower within a month. He also promised the companies who got damaged to make sure that the insurance companies clear their claims as soon as possible. Few companies representatives met Naidu and reaffirmed their commitment to continue in Vishakatpnam.Officials have already started resuming power, communications and internet connectivity to IT SEZs.
