Naidu’s e-Finance Management – First in AP!

Andhra Pradesh is planning to roll out a first of its kind paperless, seamless, dynamic and real time management of both financial and human resources. A Comprehensive Finance Management System (CFMS) will be implemented in Krishna district from April 1 on a pilot basis. The system will be introduced across all the districts from July 1st.

The system will have the provision of all financial issues of the district like preparation of budget, release of funds, incurring of expenditure and processing of bills by the officials concerned at the district level treasuries. And in the human resources part, it will help in the Preparation of accounts, maintenance of employee data, attendance, leave position and other related aspects.

Going forward, Government will give away the system of paying bills directly and will be opting money transfers directly into the accounts of government employees, pensioners and the beneficiaries of the different schemes. CFMS would be first implemented in Revenue, Social Welfare, Rural Water Supply, Municipal Corporation and Treasury Departments and to other departments in few weeks.
