Nandamuri Jodi to mark the year with multi-starrer?

There are several films from other South Film Industries which are on waiting list to be remade in Telugu. But long since, there has been no finalising the main lead actors and gossips are keeping us busy speculating on what would be the possible combinations. Two films which are under such fate are ‘Bangalore Days’ and ‘Jilla’.

For ‘Bangalore Days’ remake, it’s like stars come and go regularly without confirmation on who and who. Now the same thing is happening in case of ‘Jilla’, the movie which was said to be going for remake with mega heroes when it was first released in Tamil Nadu. But that was only rumours. Presently one version of gossip is talking about the combination of Venkatesh and Ravi Teja to essay the roles of Mohanlal and Vijay respectively.

Another version of gossips is on Nandamuri scions playing the leads. Rumours are abuzz on Nandamuri Balakrishna playing Mohanlal while his nephew Kalyan Ram would get into Vijay’s shoes. Sources say that a special screening was held by Samudra for Balakrishna and the star hero seemed quite interested and even suggested some changes to suit the nativity of Telugu people. Since the remake with Nandamuri heroes are in the initial stages, one can’t be sure and has to wait for the official confirmation.
