The Telugu film Yeto Vellipoyindi Manasu received a lot of applause regarding its release in America. The Gautham Menon directed movie seems to be breaking a lot of records and is reported to have slowed down the success of major Bollywood movies like Talaash and Khiladi 786 which had done fantastic business at the USA Box Office in the previous week.
The Nani and Samantha starrer Yeto Vellipoyindi Manasu was also released in Tamil as Neethaane En Ponvasantham but the Telugu version proved more successful. The film, which was released on December 14 in just 43 screens in the country, collected $1,80,510 (Rs 98.74 lakhs) in merely three days in the USA Box Office, a lot more if compared to that of Talaash and Khiladi 786 which were released in 113 and 115 screens respectively.
