Speaking in an interview, Anupama Parameswaran shared her experience of shooting KAY that she felt like she was on a holiday and it was great working with the Natural Star Nani, except that the trips on the shoot made her gain fair weight which she is desperate to lose asap. Speaking of the pre-release event, the actress gave a little promo of her performance in the film by showing her moves on a song from the film on the stage in a saree. The video went viral awing the lady’s charm.
