Nani’s Mother-In-Law Behind ‘Natural Star’ Tag

Nani looks like a boy next door, in fact, he seems to be one of our family members. His performance looks so natural that the tag ‘Natural Star’ seems very much apt to an actor like Nani. Is Nani comfortable with this tag?

Nani says that he didn’t feel comfortable initially. He felt awkward when director Maruthi used the tag for the first time for the title credits in ‘Bhale Bhale Magadivoy’ (BBM). After the response from audiences for the tag, Nani is now okay with using the tag as it came from audiences rather than a forced one.

Who convinced him to use the tag from BBM? It was his mother-in-law who encouraged him to use it for his movies. Long before Nani’s filmmakers started using it for title credits, almost all the media sources had been using the title ‘Natural Star’ quite naturally. No one would have issues regarding this title for Nani. What say?
