Interesting Story Behind Nani Son’s Name Arjun

Both personally and professionally, 2017 has turned out to be a good year for Nani who scored a couple of super hit films and also turned father, this year. Is there a story behind christening his son Arjun? Nani relates his son’s name to the days when he was friends with his wife Anjana.

She liked his character’s name Arjun in ‘Ride’. Anjana felt that it suited him the most and even Nani seems to be thinking that the name Arjun is apt for him and connects with his persona. When they were expecting a child, they wanted a girl child and hence, prepared a list with some girls’ names.

When his wife delivered a baby boy, they had no instant list to go back to. Immediately, they remembered the name ‘Arjun’ and gave that to their son. Both Anjana and Nani always thought it suited Nani the most. Some names do appeal to us in big way and one can’t surely tell the reasons why. Nani says his screen name in his next ‘Krishnarjuna Yudham’ is also Arjun and it will be the first movie his son Arjun will watch.
