Sundarakanda Records Huge Non-Theatrical Biz

Nara Rohith, after a gap of several years, is announcing his comeback in a grand fashion with Sundarakanda. The family entertainer has recently locked the perfect Holiday release date, 27th August, for Ganesh Chaturthi. With the announcement poster and first single, the curiosity about the film has been increased by miles.

Now, the movie has secured a fancy deal in non-theatrical business. Apparently, the famous OTT Streaming Platform, Jio Hotstar, has bought the movie rights for a whopping Rs.9 crores, upon watching it. They liked the film and appreciated the team, say makers. Audio and Hindi dubbing rights have been sold for Rs.3 crores and totally, the movie made huge Rs.12 crores before release.

This is a huge amount for any Nara Rohith starrer and going by the current market situation, this is phenomenal, for a movie of this scale, genre and magnitude. The highly entertaining clean family movie is directed by Venkatesh Nimmalapudi and produced by Santhosh Chinnapolla, Gowtham Reddy, and Rakesh Mahankalli
