If Guiness Book of Records management has it to count the record of number of people bursting to tears at a time, India would have a permanent record on its name today as Sachin Tendulkar bid his farewell to International Cricket today. It was sure an emotional moment that the Legend himself burst in to tears walking out of the Cricket field for one final time. His farewell speech was even tougher he spoke at length about every one helped him in his 24 years journey right from his parents to fans. The mobile guard of honour from his companions and lap of honour on their shoulders was a befitting honour they can give.
Hours after the biggest sporting event in Indian history, Indian Government announced the Highest Civilian award, Bharat Ratna to the legend. He becomes the first sportsperson to receive the honour.
