Nayanatara’s PR Version on her Drug Offence!

Yesterday media was abuzz with the rumours of Nayanatara being detained at Kuala Lumpur International Airport for carrying drugs along with her. While there are different versions on reasons doing rounds on this story, Nayan’s publicity representative came out with his version.

He says that Nayan was detained at the airport not for carrying drugs but for her passport for work permit being wrongly stamped at the airport terminal. While her passport was stamped at one terminal, she checked out from the other terminal. And hence the confusion.

Nayanatara had been to Malaysia to shoot for Vikram’s next with director Anand Shankar for ‘Iru Magan’. When this news was making rounds, Nayanatara was already in Chennai city after clearing the passport issues at the airport.
