Top Actress’ Next is a Fight on Social Issue

Though Nayantara looks picture perfect in romantic roles, she has proved her mettle as a talented actress who can portray variety of challenging roles. Besides commercial roles in her upcoming movies, Nayan will be seen addressing a social issue in one of her upcoming movie.

It is learnt that Nayantara will be playing the role of a district collector who is committed on addressing the social issue, the water scarcity which is a common problem in many Indian villages. This yet to be titled Tamil film is going to be directed by Gopi Nainar, a debutante director.

Coming to her big movies, Nayantara will be seen romancing Venkatesh in ‘Babu Bangaram’ and Vikram in ‘Iru Mugan’. Both these films are in post-production stage at present. Nayan is balancing well between commercial movie and intelligent movies.
