Dynamic Lady, Neeraja Rao back to haunt Jagan’s family

Remember Neeraja Rao who fought very bravely with Jagan’s uncle before the last elections over encroachment of her land. She fought a legal battle with help of TDP then and won the case. Back then, she tarnished the image of Jagan very badly.

Now she is back once again to haunt Jagan’s uncle, Ravindranath Reddy. On Saturday she filed a case with ACB alleging that Haritha Fertilisers, owned by Ravindranath Reddy, obtained a loan of Rs 28 crore from the AP State Finance Corporation between 2008-2013 by submitting fake property documents as security and diverting funds drawn from the corporation for other purposes.

She also put APSFC in the decks as the corporation okayed the loans with without following the guidelines of the Reserve Bank of India and without obtaining guarantees from all the directors of the company.
