Netflix’s Most Watched Show Gets Second Part

Korean action series, Squid Game is by far the most successful show on Netflix as far as viewership and revenue generation goes.

Now, there is some great news for the fans and followers of the show. The creator of Squid Game, Hwang Dong-hyuk has confirmed that the show will be back for the second season.

“It’s in my head right now. I’m in the planning process currently. But I do think it’s too early to say when and how that’s going to happen,” Hwang said.

Given the monstrous success of the opening season of Squid Game, the stakes will be exceptionally high on the sophomore season.

Squid Game is an action thriller series in which the central characters are made to play potentially life-ending games. The show’s viewership reportedly crossed 2 billion viewing minutes.
