Nikhil’s duality exposed: Sunset theme intrigues

Nikhil had a great year in 2014 wth ‘Karthikeya’ and releasing the first look posters of his next movie is undoubtedly a thoughful way to bid goodbye to the year of sweet memories. The first look posters of Nikhil’s forthcoming movie ‘Surya Vs Surya’ was released on the last sunset of the year 2014 and this last sunset has connection with the concept of ‘Surya Vs Surya’.

On the first look posters Nikhil tweeted, “Sunset plays a very important role in the movie, so it’s perfect to let out #SuryaVsSurya on the last sunset of 2014.” It’s true indeed! We can see Nikhil standing under the shade of huge eye-glasses when the sun is setting and a bright beam is penetrating into the earth through one of the lenses of the glasses. Nikhil playing dual characters also is reflected by the contrast brought about in the two posters.

Seems, Nikhil is once again going to bank on a novel concept and once again experimenting with the talents of a debutante director Karthik Ghattamaneni (who worked as cinematographer for Nikhil’s earlier movies). With such intelligent potrayal, one can hope that audiences would get to see another concept-based film from Nikhil and team.
