Out of Nine Movies, Mahesh’s Is the Only Biggie

When Mahesh Babu is going to Kollywood with a straight Tamil movie for the first time with the bilingual ‘SPYder’, there are altogether nine movies coming in the same weekend. It’s not a surprise though as Dasara happens to be one of the biggest festivals in both the States.

There is ‘Karuppan’ featuring Vijay Sethupathy coming this Dasara season and Rana’s Tamil dubbing version of ‘Nene Raju Nene Mantri‘ is also coming besides half a dozen other small movies. Among all these movies, Mahesh Babu’s ‘SPYder’ happens to be the biggest release both in terms of budget and also the number of theatres.

If Mahesh Babu’s movie opens up with positive talk, it would be the film that would get away making the most of the festival season by the virtue of its wide release. It’s a matter of only a few days to know the result of several movies. Let’s wait.
