Talented actress Nitya Menon had been in controversy a while back when media reported that she asked. ‘Who is Prabhas?’ Her arrogance in feigning that she doesn’t know a top star created a big controversy.

The controversy even added the name of Venkatesh and rumors flew that Nitya asked who Venky was. In a recent interview, Nitya clarified on the controversy. She said, “I really didn’t know much about films then and especially Telugu, because she had no cue about the language.

In that naivety, she just asked ‘Who?’ when someone mentioned Prabhas’ name. But the issue was blown out of proportions and she says that it hurts and pains as she is also very much human.
