No Need to Protest: Rajini Deposited 1 Cr Beforehand

Though Rajinikanth is in United States and taking rest from his busy shooting schedules, here in India, there is a lot talked about him about his health rumors and also the threatening given by one farmer’s outfit demanding Rajini to give the promised Rs.1 crore for interlinking rivers.

Now a clarification came from the superstar’s brother that Rajinikanth had already deposited the promised one crore rupees for interlinking of rivers and the fund will be transferred to government when it takes a decision on the project. Without the government decision to take off the project, to who can the superstar transfer funds. Right?

Such issues seem to be surfacing only when one of the superstar’s film is ready for release. That way, these issues get a lot attention by default. The superstar is going to return to India soon in July and be here for the release of his film ‘Kabali’. His absence in the promotions can be felt, though the makers are trying their best.
