JJN Sticks To Date -No Matter What

Is there no other option left for the Boyapati Sreenu directorial venture Jai Janaki Nayaka, other than moving the release? There is a strong buzz in the industry that it might be left with no choice.

The problem with Jaya Janaki Nayaka is that it has been sold at big prices. It is the film with the highest business among the three release, as of now, on August 11. Naturally, it would need good distributors and enough theaters to recover the price. And that is where the problem is with the movie. Nene Raju Nene Mantri and LIE have stronger distribution teams behind them, which is making it hard for Jaya Janaki Nayaka to get theaters.

With a huge problem to get a proper release, the makers are in two minds to either prepone the release or postpone? If it is preponed, there will be an advantage of the opening, but things will be back to normal from the second day. It won’t be getting the big number on the important holidays. On the other hand, if it gets postponed, it will arrive on August 25 for Vinayaka Chavithi holiday. It is then likely to get a good number of screens. What decision will the makers take?
