Not a comedy: Crazy comedian struck by horror

After the success of small movies ‘Prema Katha Chitram’ and ‘Geetanjali’, the genre of horror comedies seems to have become the order of the day in Tollywood. Even big producers and celebrities are venturing with stories of this genre to deliver minimum guarantee movies which would keep the producer in the safe zone.

From Manchu family, Lakshmi Prasanna is coming up with a horror comedy ‘Pilavani Perantam’. As this a horror comedy, there is no big name attached to the film as the main lead except Manchu Lakshmi. Comedian Dhanraj is playing an important character in which he alongwith Lakshmi would be rendering the comedy effect in horror. She is the hero going by the script.

But there are reports claiming that Dhanraj is out of the project because the comedian irked Manchu scion by claiming that he is the hero of the film in which Manchu Lakshmi is playing an important role while the reality is otherwise. There is no official confirmation whether Dhanraj is in or out of the project. Meanwhile a lot of stories are making headlines about Lakshmi’s anger on the crazy comedian.
