Not Even NTR in Close To NTR

Late legendary actor Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao is considered the doyen of Telugu filmdom. His legacy has been carried by his sons and grandsons who are equally loved and revered like Sr NTR. But has anyone matched Sr NTR’s personality?

This has been answered by senior journalist Imandi Ramarao, who rules that none could match the charm and personality Sr NTR carried. In fact, none can come close to the charm he defines.

“Anyone can enact like Sr NTR but to resemble and become one like NTR is highly impossible. Balakrishna is a terrific actor and he does some action scenes like his father but we can’t see NTR in him,” says the senior scribe.

He further adds that, “Jr NTR has few resemblances especially in Yamadonga where he portrays as Yama, a glimpse of NTR can be seen there. Then he mouths heavy dialogue delivery which left the audience spellbound and received huge appreciation. This is one aspect that Jr NTR got, else none can come close to NTR”.

On the work front, Balakrishna is busy with Akhanda while Tarak is occupied with Rajamouli’s RRR. Nandamuri fans are eagerly awaiting for both the films to catch on the silver screen.
