Earlier today it was reported that this new project was to be directed by senior director K Raghavendra Rao. However that news has turned out to be false as misinformation was passed initially. The truth is Shatamanam Bhavati is being made by Dil Raju and it is directed by Satish Vegesna.

Satish Vegesna made his directorial debut in 2008 itself but instead of direction he has mostly concentrated on writing. He now plans to put full efforts on direction and Shatamanam Bhavati is said to be the beginning.
