It was very impressive how the event was designed and executed. There were so many speakers at the event because there are so many Guests. Normally such an event would be so boring with endless people speaking continuously.
Also, there are some customary events like felicitations and speeches by political people and people of various walks of line reminiscing their memories of NT Ramarao. But then, they designed the event in the way how the felicitations were packed between the speeches.
Also, the organizers have requested in advance to the celebrities keep their speeches short and crisp. As a result, there is no boredom. Also, the film personalities who attended the event do not have a political background and so, there is a freshness in their speeches.
You will understand that when you see the names. Ram Charan and Naga Chaitanya were the show-stealers for various reasons.
Balakrishna personally made calls to the industry celebrities and ensured that they attend the event. He was seen receiving all of them personally at the venue.
The organizers also made it convenient for the celebrities. They were not kept in waiting at the venue. They came at a specified time, they delivered their speeches, and those who are busy left as soon as they are done. Thus, their time is also respected.
The speeches of the film celebrities were finished first and then, the event entered into serious business. The only lengthy speeches were that of Balakrishna and Chandrababu Naidu. The event started early but ended up at around 10.30 PM which is unusual for the scale of the attendance.
Shreyas Media which regularly does film events did this event but it is more well-executed and planned than those even though it is most-difficult than all of them together.
