Numerology a plague in film industry

How could a change in the spelling of a name yield success to anyone? This question has haunted me for years as i see people around me changing the spelling of their names only to be further disappointed. Numerology in the last few years has plagued our film industry so much that our filmmakers and actors have lost confidence in them.

Actress such as Poonam Kaur, Sharmila Mandre and Tamannah Bhatia have changed their spellings in the last few years. Poonam has changed her name at least four times in the last year. She went from Poonam to Puunam to Punnam, but her career still hasn’t taken off as she would’ve expected it to. Several other actors including legends like Kamal Haasan and Illairaja have changed the spelling of their names for too many number of times.

The latest addition to this list is director Vamsi Paidapally, who ahead of the release of Yevadu has become Vamshi Paidapally. Numerlogy only proves that he one does not believe in his or her work..
