The much in news remake of Bollywood smash hit Andhadhun is officially launched in Telugu. There have been several rumours regarding its remake in Telugu, but finally, it has been snapped up by Nithiin.
Sreshth Movies, which is a home banner for Nithiin, produces the Andhadhun remake in Telugu. What’s more, they have got a talented director on board, as well. Merlapaka Gandhi who is behind entertaining flicks like Venkatadri Express and Express Raja directs the movie.
The regular shooting of the yet-untitled film will commence in June. Other cast and crew details of the movie are yet to be known. Nithiin, meanwhile, will shift his focus to Rang De next, which is in the final stages of completion.
Andhadhun is a critically acclaimed Bollywood movie directed by Sriram Raghavan. The lead actor of the movie, Ayushmann Khurrana, won a National Award for his portrayal of a blind musician. Tabu played a key role in the original. We have to see if the makers rope her for the remake as well or not.
