Official: Rana Announces Hiranyakashyap

Rana Daggubati who is busy with various films has announced projects from his next line-up. He arrived in the USA a couple of days ago to grace the San Diego Comic-con event. The biggest announcement among all is the offing from Spirit Media.

It is a film inspired by Amar Chitra Katha’s comics of the mythological figure, the powerful demon Hiranyakashyap and his relentless expedition to rout beliefs and faith in the followers of Lord Vishnu.

Interestingly, the story for this high-budget movie is written by Trivikram Srinivas. A caricature released by the makers depicts Hiranyakashyap’s look as a demon king.
