Ojas Rajani comes to Shankar’s rescue

It was Ojas Rajani and her transgender character which loves a model in the film ‘I’ that created all the controversy and led to protest on director Shankar. After all that has happened, Ojas has come out in defence of the director.

Ojas Rajani, a transgender and playing herself on screen says that the character should be looked as a character onscreen and not taken out of context and seen with a real life view. In the film it was necessary to the story and was very aesthetically shot by the director so that no one is offended with it. She requested the transgender community to not get offended by it.

We have to see how the transgender community reacts to her words and if there is any difference post this statement. The film is doing decently in Tamil and the controversy seems to have no effect till now.
