One Guy Failed, Will This Guy Use the Superstar Properly?

In an interesting turn of events, Rajinikanth suddenly took a surprising decision to work with a small director Karthik Subbaraju who is popular for delivering different movies. The director is excited and promises to deliver a pucca Thalaivar film.

A similar kind of opportunity was given to another director Pa Ranjith in the form of ‘Kabali’ and he failed in using Rajinikanth’s image in the right manner to dole out a blockbuster story for the Superstar. Though ‘Kaala’ didn’t meet the expectations, the Superstar’s image and craze around the movie saved it, big time.

It is left to see if Karthik Subbaraju makes full use of Rajinikanth’s strengths and his larger than life image and really deliver a pucca Rajinikanth movie that his die-hard fans would expect from the Superstar. Let’s hope that Karthik comes up with a proper Rajini film as he had promised.
