One Must Feel Bad If There Is No Matter – Mahesh

When Koratala Siva narrated ‘Bharat Ane Nenu‘ story for five hours, how could he cut short it and see that the movie run-time came to 2 hours 53 minutes? Answering this question the director said that there wasn’t any hindrance to the flow of the movie though he removed one or two episodes.

Adding to that explanation, Mahesh said, “One must feel bad when there is not much matter. Why should we worry when there is enough stuff?” So, the best scenes were picked up to deliver to the audiences. That means Mahesh is okay with the deletion of a couple of scenes. Even then, the run-time is a bit lengthy, anyway.

For a13-minute long Assembly sequence, all the artists involved did rehearsals and gave a master shot without taking cuts in between. So, everyone, including Mahesh by-hearted the dialogues and shot the scene like the real Assembly scene with MLAs, Speaker and Ministers. That’s probably the most impactful scene opined Mahesh Babu. Quite eager to watch the scene on the big screen. What about you?
